I understand that the wait list fee is non-refundable. I understand that the wait list fee may be transferred to future puppies

I understand that placing this fee guarantees me a spot on the waiting list & I will have a choice at available puppies as they become available to me

I understand there may be others ahead of me on the waiting list & the breeder notifies those on the list of available puppies in the order received

I agree to be patient and wait my turn for available puppies

I have read and agree to the terms of V&V Yorkies

By submitting this form, I agree that I am who I say I am. I am purchasing said pup for myself and not for anyone unmentioned to the breeder

I understand, Im entering a legal binding contract w/ V & V Yorkies. I wont attempt in any way to reverse or withdraw my payment or future payments
